We at Riot stand behind all of our kayaks with our North American 5-year Limited Warranty.
In the event of a problem with your kayak our main goal is to resolve the issue in a straight-forward and hassle-free manner, getting you back on the water as quickly as possible.
In case of an issue with your kayak, please consult the Riot Limited Warranty details listed here: Riot 5-year Limited Warranty to make sure you understand what is covered and what is not.
Please keep in mind that only manufacturing defects are covered, normal wear and tear are not. We understand that whitewater kayaking sometimes involves direct contact with rocks, but, unless proven that the material was defective, hull failures resulting from impacts or abrasion are not covered.
If you still feel that you have a valid warranty issue please fill in the form below and someone from Riot headquarters will be in contact with you within 5 working days with a solution.
Also, every kayak shipment going to a residential address will be invoiced an extra $80.00, so, we strongly suggest that you find a local non-residential address that would accept your shipment or arrange with your local Riot Kayak dealer for a drop-off at their store.
